Albertinum was built from 1884 till 1887 by Carl Adolf Canzler as a museum and archive on the foundations of the former arsenal. Today is inside the picture gallery "New Masters", the Green Vault (Royal Treasure Chamber), the Numismatic Collection, the Sculpture Collection and special exhibitions.
